1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the I GET IT DONE application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

I GET IT DONE is a task management application designed to help users organize, prioritize, and complete tasks. The App provides features including task creation, voice capture, focus mode, team delegation, and gamification elements.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.

4. Free and Paid Services

The App offers both free and paid features:

• Free Features: Unlimited task creation, 4-lane task management (Now, Soon, Later, Park), Quick Dump, Break It Down subtasks, and a basic dashboard are available at no cost, forever.
• Free Trial: Your first 10 lifetime tasks unlock all Pro features at no charge. This trial counter only increases and does not reset if tasks are deleted.
• Pro Subscription: After 10 lifetime tasks, advanced features (voice capture, focus mode, gamification, team delegation, weekly reset insights) require a paid subscription.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its services
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by SimpleNow Co. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any tasks, notes, and data you create within the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We will not share, sell, or use your User Content for advertising purposes.

9. Voice Recording and AI Processing

The App offers voice-to-task capture functionality. When you use this feature:

• Audio recordings are processed for transcription and immediately deleted.
• We do not store, retain, or share your voice recordings.
• Transcribed text is processed by AI to extract task information and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Team Delegation

The App allows you to delegate tasks to other users. When using team delegation features:

• You are responsible for the content of tasks you delegate.
• Team members can only see tasks that have been explicitly shared with them.
• You may revoke delegation access at any time.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Upon account deletion:

• All your personal data, tasks, and associated content will be permanently removed.
• Any active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
• Deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover deleted accounts or data.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App is a productivity tool and is not intended as medical advice or treatment for ADHD or any other condition.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleNow Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpleNow Co. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
