How to Delete Your Data

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app. When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently removed from our servers.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Open the I GET IT DONE app
Go to the Profile tab (bottom right)
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Enter your password to confirm
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Your user account and profile information
All tasks and subtasks
All contacts
Team memberships and invitations
Gamification stats (streaks, points, levels)
Focus session history
Voice usage records

Data Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. All data is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.

Cannot Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app and need your data deleted, please contact us at:

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
